Our Mission : To significantly improve the quality of lives globally by elevating the quality of thoughts individually. We do this by educating and empowering our audience through our free and paid educational experiences.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Please only enter details (including name and profile picture) that you are happy to be seen by any visitor to the site.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

All payment details are taken through third party providers and as such we do not hold any payment details on our website or servers.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exempt Products
As this website offers mostly digital content, most goods sold on this site are exempt from return.
Items exempt from return include:
– Downloadable software products
– Downloadable E-Courses / Documents
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your item without first getting in contact.
If you are having problems with a digital product please contact us so we can work together to solve the problem.
Refund Extenuating Circumstances
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
– Books / CDs with obvious signs of use
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
You must contact us at rypjaiye@rethinkyourperspective.com before returning the product. Return shipping is at your cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will also cover the cost of return postage to us if a receipt is supplied.
If your refund request is disapproved then we will return the product to you if you want us to. We will cover the cost of postage from us to you, but will not refund the postage from you to us.
When To Contact Us Following Your Request For A Refund
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 working days from the refund confirmation, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rypjaiye@rethinkyourperspective.com and we will send a return address.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
Shipping for physical products will vary based on the shipping providers available at the time. We will endeavour to use tracked services, but will contact you to discuss this if needed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the refund request is disapproved.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
