This can be one of the most difficult times of the year for some people. Watching on while others are celebrating and spending time with loved ones. Feeling left out or overwhelmed by all the noise, lights and colours.
And this series wants to recognise that and give practical tips on how to shift your mindset to find the good. At any time of year that people overwhelming.
